Everytime I go the Winnipeg location to purchase supplies for my business they can never seems to find my account information which is supposed to be kept on file. Their filing system is not computerized so many files are lost. I shopped there 2 months prior and this time they couldnt find my file when I went in. They charged PST on my whole order which was maddening even though they recognized me! I have brought in multiple copies of my business tax number over the years, but because of poor record keeping they keep losing it. I am done shopping at Gales Wholesale! The staff is not very friendly and they are often rude when dealing with customers.

Rude, unhelpful sales people. There is a sign at the front that says "New customers please go to the front counter". What it should read is "New customers please go to the front counter to be ignored by the sales people behind the counter.
No one was friendly, I didn't get the feeling that they even wanted clients there, and for those of you who don't have a business license, you're SOL, because that isn't posted anywhere. You have to wait until you get to the till where you'll be met with annoyance and hostility. I wouldn't shop there again if you paid me and I will be telling all of my small business owner friends to steer clear.
